What kind of engineers do you have on your platform?
Our clients are seeking candidates with knowledge of iOS, Android, front-end development (JS, HTML5, CSS), back-end development (Java/Scala, SQL), PHP, C++, .Net, and low-level programming (embedded systems), DevOps, Data Science and CRM (SalesForce, SAP, Dymamix...).
To select such people we use a three steps process:
1. Our recruitment specialist together with independent technical interviewers screen all applicant CVs and self-assessment forms. To build our database we only select candidates with strong professional experience.
2.Video or phone interview to verify candidate’s skills and better understand their career goals. At this stage, we create candidate profiles.
All of our interviewers are contractors with experience working at companies such as Motorola, Symantec, Samsung, InfoSys or IBM. They have strong domain technical expertise and experience in recruiting great engineers.
3. We continuously evaluate candidates performance on interviews to screen out candidates who are a poor fit or not really interested in finding a new job.
Additionally, we continuously monitor the number of client job openings and available candidates to optimize the supply-and-demand ratio.
